El Nayarita: Authentic Mexican Seafood Experience in Houston

My mom wanted to try this place because of social media videos, but I was hesitant because of the reviews. I will say it can get very busy, especially on the weekends, but the food was great, prices were moderate for seafood. The drinks were excellent and our server Jazmin did a great job

Very reasonable plate. I choose to eat Red snapper the plate was good for the price and delicious. I will give you 5 stars if the waitstaff was more focused on their tables, even dough the tip is already included in the bill is not fair.

Very family friendly restaurant. It recently went viral for their big seafood platter and I decided to give it a try. The prices were fair and our waiter was very kind. The food was okay. It needed a bit more seasoning. The menu choices are vast I’d go back and give it another chance

Always love to try new places, especially cultural places. Great variety and atmosphere as well as phenomenal service from ANGEL. He was very friendly and attentive. On top of all our service needs. Great job Angel. Great variety and pricing of different dishes. Taste, presentation and portions are on point and will definitely be my “Go to Spot” whenever I am in the Houston area in the future. Actually saw this place on TikTok and it is a must try. Did not disappoint one bit.

4 of us ate here last night. It was pretty good! I'm not a big fan of seafood, but my husband and friends are. I got the ribeye with bacon wrapped cream cheese shrimp. It was good. The only thing is the steak was a little thin, and the shrimp could have been bigger or one more maybe. The beans were so good! Rice and corn, too. Everything else was pretty good, they said! I don't regularly drink alcohol but I got their strawberry margarita, and one was plenty for me! good & strong with fruits on top. Overall, I think everyone had a good time. Our waiter informed us that she didn't understand a lot of English, but she got everything right and always checked on us to make sure we were doing okay! I loved her service and made sure she got a good tip. They have a few upgrades they could do to the place with the booth seats and minor things, but overall, I would come back here again

The food was amazing, we’re always looking for new places to dine in and this place did not disappoint, they have a little store inside the restaurant that’s where I got my pink stitch! The hanging fish was a show stopper ! We will definitely come back!

Angel was our server and he was awesome! Very kind and attentive to our table. First time here and the food was delicious. The restrooms were also very clean and all staff was friendly. The portions are huge for the price. All aguas frescas are natural and very good.
